GCORP Roam Sales is an Android-based sales application that automatically synchronises with your GCORP ERP system providing 2-way data flow. GCORP Roam Sales allows sales reps to create sales orders, enter call records, view customer data and order history, and report upon sales performance. Master file changes that are made within GCORP are automatically sent to the tablets, and new orders data generated on tablets is automatically sent to your GCORP ERP system. By implementing the GCORP Roam Sales application you capture your orders more quickly, without placing additional burden on your administrative staff, enabling you to gain visibility of your future delivery and production requirements sooner.

CONNECTIVITY

The tablet application has been designed to operate in both connected and disconnected modes, mitigating the reliance upon a permanent internet connection, which may not be available in store rooms or cool rooms. When the application is operating in a disconnected mode, data will be queued pending reconnection.

ACCESS AND CONFIGURATION

Multiple reps may have separate tablet devices, each of which may be optionally configured to be either specific to the rep or exposing all customer data from all reps to better manage your overall sales picture.

The available modules include Goods In processing, Order Picking, Stocktake, Material Issues and Barcode Checking.

By implementing the GCORP Roam Warehouse application you enable your warehouse staff to capture data as they handle goods, mitigating the paper flow, rekeying of data and providing more timely inventory updates. Where appropriate, transactions may trigger automated printing of the required paperwork, further reducing the need for manual administrative effort.

CONNECTIVITY

The GCORP Roam Warehouse application has been designed to operate in both connected and disconnected modes, mitigating the reliance on a permanent network connection, either wireless or via a PC docking station. When disconnected the transactions in each module will be queued awaiting reconnection.
